License Plate search

Is anyone aware of an app that allows and individual to identify vehicle owner from the license plate number?

Don't know about an app but you could probably got to the tax office or dmv to get that information.

Do a search online. There are many places, just have to pay a few dollars per plate or get a subscription.

Attaching that criminal penalty to running them for people outside of law enforcement put a damper on the call your buddy who is a cop.

I am not saying that some won’t do it, but I figure most right now don’t want to end a career and go to jail if they get caught.
