My brother in law went there and said they dang near broke the bank I think they had sausage made though. What do they charge for basic processing? BCk straps and hamburger?

Bellville Meat Market is pricey but did excellent work.

Slovacek's is also pricey and does good work. You also get a Slovacek's coffee mug along with your meat.

Those are the best in the area IMO.

This, but if you can bring in a couple wild hogs, might save some money. They gonna charge you for the pork to have sausage made. For sausage, this is where I like to go.
For just plain ole burger, Refields in Bryan is where I usually go.

I’ve used them before and they are good, will use again this year. Good thing is i’m 15 minutes away. They have a wide selection. I stop be periodically to get snack sticks.
