I'm looking for a meat hunt

My NM elk hunt was unsuccessful. I was really hoping to get an elk in the freezer. Anybody have any cow or management/cull bulls available? Or maybe some other tasty large critter to fill a freezer? My dad needs one too, so looking for 2 actually.

Matt is booked and swamped, I think. I've texted him a couple times lately, but haven't heard back yet. He is my first choice, but I'm looking for a backup just in case.
