    DryShod -vs- Muck

I'm in the market for a new pair of rubber hunting boots. Been very happy with my Muck Wetlands and have had them for 12 years, but it seems the quality has gone down a lot, some of them already had bubbles in them even at the store.
From what I understand "DryShod" was started by the co-founder of Muck....

Has anyone tried Dry-Shod Boots and how do they compare in durability & comfort?

Have not tried DryShod but my husband and I both have Le Chameau rubber hunting boots and we both like them. They fit well, are comfortable, and, most importantly, your feet don’t swear!

I wear heavy socks. Muffles the swearing.

If I had boots that lasted 12 years I go back with the same brand.

Done with mucks, just bought DryShod, hopefully they last longer than my Mucks did.

I have both. I prefer the fit of the muck but at 1/2 price the dryshod are fantastic. I get 6 months from either at best. I hunt late season with muck wetlands but the DS would work too

Bog makes a good comparable boot too. I actually prefer it’s flatter bottom. I think it’s quieter and tracks less mud… but not as warm
                Both are made in China
