Happy Birthday and Rob thank you for your many years of service to our nations sea-goers!


When I'm around a bunch of "fishermen" and they start bad-mouthing the Coast Guard, I get on my box real quick, fast n in a hurry!! I'm a merchant mariner and has-been offshore fisherman from the mosquito fleet, and both my brother and I have been saved from certain death by "Coasties"! Back in the early '80's, the Valiant out of Galveston came and got us 35 miles offshore in a sinking boat...

Thank Y'all - We all know what they have done for America for decades - living and working "LOW RADAR" in each one of our coastal communities.

I was blessed to work with an Organization, who has a record of HUMANITY AND HUMANITARIAN MISSIONS AS THE FOREFRONT - of their charter.

GOD BLESS all of them and every man and women in the US ARMED FORCES!

I still have emotions and feelings - for the things we were pressed to do - and not all of them had happy endings.
