One of my best friends lives in Colorado, and we been hunting archery together for a looong time.
He let me know about 2 months ago, the baby is due 4 days into our planned hunt, and he wasn't gonna be able to make it.
I'm never gonna let him live it down.
Can't wait to tell his son one day, how his daddy ****** up the 2021 trip.
Thankfully my buddy from Iowa kept his head on straight

My daughter was born on Nov 4, which always falls around opening weekend of rifle season.
It was six years before I was able to attend her birthday and that’s only because I took her hunting for her birthday.
