    Axis Processor

Any good recommendations for a good processor for Axis meat around Junction and back towards San Antonio?

    Thanks

There is a place in Junction. Don't remember the name. they had a big tree of horns out front. Used them a long time ago, family run and were good folks.

Also a place in Comfort. Alamo I think. Haven't taken anything there, but have bought hog casings there. Haven't heard anything bad about them.

Alamo in Comfort, Bernhardts in Kerrville, and Klein’s in Boerne are all good.

Is there a difference between an axis processor and a wt processor?

If I was guessing, OP probably is looking for somewhere to get his same axis meat back. Instead of giving them axis and getting back WT

Ask for Gary. Been using him for 11 years to process my Axis, Whitetail and Hogs. He is off I-10 in Kerrville.
