VHR Ranch Services offers mobile slaughtering and butchering.

Hugo and Vicki. Husband and wife have an awesome setup. Super nice and super clean. Theyre out of Giddings. I cant recommend them enough. Possibly the only licensed mobile butcher in Texas. Butchering in Texas has to be done inside and they figured out how to make it work. Currently $1.00/lb kill weight with 800 pound minimum per critter. Vacuum packed meats except for ground beef.

seen a story on the mobile set-up's, they are held to MUCH tighter restrictions, and would prefer to use mobile then brick and mortar, so much cleaner set up... after learning and seeing what all they have to go through,,, kudos to them

Apparently all the Texas Inspectors had a pow-wow and nit-picked their operation.

Ive never seen someone so meticulous in cleaning...all the time. Water was always being sprayed to clean, then clean more, then clean some more, then mess....and immediately cleaning again. Mess...clean. Mess...clean.
