Chance Love. I used him in another part of the state, but he’s closer to that area than he was to mine. I cannot stress enough how good he was to work with. He handled my negotiation well, and I walked away with the deal I wanted. I don’t care where in Texas I was buying, I’d call Chance.

I’ll add...the realtor on the other side was a complete tool who made Chance’s job that much more difficult. He navigated those waters perfectly and brought the deal to a close.
