    Nexguard/Heartguard for dogs

Anyone have any replacements for these monthly medications. Or know where to get them at a better price? Currently Heartguard is 22.50 and Nexguard is 8.50 from my local vet.

Not sure, but have you checked chewy.com online? Seems their food prices are better than store prices.

^^^This right here for your heartworms. I’ll use K9 Advantix for ticks. You can also buy most any vaccine the vet gives your dog on Jeffers Pet (not rabies) and save a pretty substantial amount on yearly vax bills.

This... get It from tractor supply or your local farm store. The brand names differ so just look at the active ingredient. Use needle to get out of bottle, remove needle from syringe, squirt down dogs throat.

Like posted previously mix the ivomec with another liquid because if not over time it can cause other issues. I used it for years and still do but for the longest I give it straight to them orally and had a dog get throat and mouth cancer from it.
