I can understand Trump not wanting to concede but it's looking more and more like he's going to have to. The proof just isn't there. My guess is he concedes before Christmas. Sucks I know but all we can do is hope Biden only gets one term.

I've been waiting with bated breath to see hard factual evidence. There is a huge stack of affidavits but affidavits are very weak evidence at best. I haven't seen one of their promised reports materialize yet...but I'm patiently waiting.

Im a longtime listener. His stage 4 Lung cancer has made him appreciate life to the point each day that he is on the air and or with family is a special day, he isnt in denial IMO, I believe he found his faith too dealing with his illness. I am not a lawyer, but if I was I sure wouldn't tell the world what my evidence was before I had to submit it. Why give the opposition every opportunity to create a defense?

Problem is they've been getting absolutely murdered in court.

Given that their main argument in many cases is disenfranchisement, and the remedy they're proposing is mass disenfranchisement (throwing out whole states vote), I can see why judges are tossing their cases. Seems like some amateur lawyering.

When the SCOTUS throws it out, then it’s done. Those “murders” are blatantly violating their own laws and circumventing their voting rules due to COVID. That’s their basis anyways. It was just “technical violations” of the law.... complete horse poo.
