Leupold VX3I 3.5x10CDS-ZL vs VX5HD 2-10x42

I have access to Leupold's VIP pricing and having trouble deciding between these two scopes for my Browning X-Bolt 7mm-08. Turning to the green screen brain trust for recommendations and why. The price difference between the two is about $300 and wondering if paying extra is worth it.
