Will it work, yes with a good bonded bullet. Would it be my first choice, no. Nilgai are tough and can run a long ways. I have a PRC but would lean more on my 300 Win with 180g bonded bullet.

I think it will be fine! I would use a partition, ttsx or accubond. Just gotta hit them well! I have killed a bull and a cow with a bow. Pretty sure your prc has a little more horsepower.
