The (laptop #2) was not lost. And they are not in the USA so have limited protections. I am just guessing but in Ukraine a person probably does not want to get caught destroying evidence or not cooperating with authorities. I would think punishment would be rather quick and harsh. But it was not lost and located. It was confiscated by authorities.

I have had the privilege to host authorities from other countries over the years. The American citizens do not realize what happens in some countries with people that do not comply with authorities. It is really neat to listen to these guys talk shop once they get a few rounds in them.
