      eh,

      play the wind
      sit in a tree
      wear rubber boots
if any scents- use rabbit, coon, or deer something that won't draw attention as a new smell
ScentLok I thought was a marketing gimmick but it is actually true with the research and is patented so no other companies are able to use that technology

Nose Jammer seems to work. I’ve used it and know an elk and mulie hunter from CO that swears by it. He hunts and KILLS with a recurve every year so.....

I think that is what I used last year to test it. So I sprayed myself, not too much though, just a few squirts. Then I sprayed the tree a little that my stand is in, just to see the results. The reason I did this is I was getting busted from swirling winds in my stand too often.
So, the results were pretty impressive that it really made the deer focus on that scent and did not seem to notice me at all. The problem was for me that the deer know their territory and it was a foreign smell and some does would not leave me alone trying to find the source of the smell. I couldn't move or get a shot off. lol

Here's my experience with it....I was busted by a hog that was downwind of me (about 37yds). I sprayed myself, my gear, and the windows to my pop up. The hog was approaching the feeder, and once he got downwind of me he grunted and ran off. I know I'm supposed to play the wind, but that's why I bought this product since the wind isn't always going to be in my favor. Maybe I might try it again, but I'm still on the fence about it. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.

No first hand review but first hand experience with killing big deer. I shower before every hunt, keep clothes scent free (as free as they can be). Most of all I do not hunt a bad wind. Never worn rubber boots and my experience with cover scents is they spook deer. Nose jammer? Marketing. IME.

We’ve used it and the gnats and mosquitoes are very attracted to it!
