Unreal awesome company. Several times I have messaged and asked how much a certain piece would be to replace and every time they send it at no charge, not even shipping. This time my binoculars rubber eye piece fell off, no where to be found. I asked how I might be able to get one, they responded telling me they just shipped me one. I wrote back explaining that this is the very reason I buy vortex optics. So what did they do... threw in a hat at no charge. Love those people.

Better than when I spoke to them about the “white out” issue on their viper line of scopes and they told me yea we know they do that, nothing we can do. They then said all scopes can do it, but their razors don’t. None of my sub $500 leupolds do it so why can’t a $800 viper not do it.

I've used customer service on nikon and leupold as well.

Nikon was the worst experience ever. The same scope went back and forth to California 3 **** times before they sent me a new one. On one trip they even lost it
