Apr 280 ai

Got the call yesterday. This is the only pic I have so far. They tried to send more several times but my cell service isn’t great at home. 280 AI, 26” Muller sendero with ratchet fluting, Defiance Action, AG Composites stock, bedded, Jewell Trigger, Cerakoted graphite black. First custom rifle I have had and really excited to get it dialed in. APR did a great job answering all my questions and I had a bunch of them. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build one.

On a side note, I was visiting on the phone with one of the guys at Muller yesterday and somehow we got on the subject of barrel break in. And he said they (Muller) do not recommend the shoot one and clean method. He said “shoot it like you stole it” lol Said he shoots 25 or so then cleans, then 25 to 50 and clean, and then don’t clean again till you see accuracy start to fall off. Just thought I would throw that out there.

Thank you for that info. I called APR today and they said the same thing. One less thing to worry about.
