Looking for ideas to build a Multiple Deer Skinning Rack/ Cleaning area for deer camp?

We just have an A-Frame like a swing set with two winches and pulleys so you can do two deer at a time.

We built a 10'x10' cleaning rack at our current lease with 3 cranks for up to 3 animals. It gets a little tight doing three, but two can be done easily. We do it like that quite often.

There are 2 concrete slabs at 4'x4' each (these were "samples" from a jobsite). The top rail is 10' high and then we added a cross piece to add in lights. Poles are sunk 2' into the ground. 800# cable pulleys are welded up top. Standard boat trailer winches with cables.

If you will bury an eye bolt in the concrete up to the eye and figure how much plastic wrapped cable you need you can skin a deer really quick. Put a slip knot on the plastic wrapped cable. When you get a deer lay it down and if you hang them head up, slit the forelegs and around the neck. Then form a pocket under the hide and put a golf ball in there and twist it around a couple of times. Put the loop from the slip knot around the hide and golf ball and pull it tight.

When you winch the deer up it will skin it for you as you hoist it up.

I always wanted to set up a skinning rack like that. But still haven't done it.
