2020 Honda Foreman 520 wont crank

Yesterday eve while my son was helping my neighbor with their yard, he cranked up the 4wheeler to move it and it died like it ran outta fuel and never cranked again. I went and got it and brought it home then an hour or so later it cranked up but died pretty quickly like it’s outta fuel. I’ve checked all fuses I know to check plus pulled a sample of fuel out of the tank to be sure it doesn’t have water in the gas. Everything I’ve checked, checks out ok. If I can’t figure something out soon I’ll take it to dealership. I purchased extended warranty when we purchased it back in December. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Does it have a fuel control switch? Sounds like it might be turned to the closed position.

Sounds like you have checked the most obvious problems. I would take it back to the dealership since its still in warranty.

If it does I can’t locate it. It doesn’t show one in the owners manual.

More than likely that’s what I’ll be doing tomorrow morning.

Not that I see. It’s got a regular gas cap on it unlike my old foreman I had.

                Try new battery
                Or charge that one

Sounds stupid but a weak spark will cause what you describe
Or try hooking up jumper cables to it with car OFF... very important it's off as the amperage from car on is too high and can damage cdi

Under warranty, let the dealer fix it

Battery is strong and not sure if it’s got a fuel filter. Haven’t located one and don’t see one in owners manual. Calling dealership now. Thanks guys. I’ll update with what they find once it’s fixed.

Tap the bottom of the carb with a hard object, sounds like the needle could be stuck in the carb.

Thanks for advice but it’s fuel injected. Dealership suggested changing spark plug but that didn’t fix anything either. Sounds like it’ll be headed to dealership on the next off day I have.

Does it have a 'reserve' in the fuel tank? How does the owner manual say to switch it over? Still thinking that there should be a fuel shutoff/ reserve switch somewhere.
