What multivitamin do you take

I was taking men’s one a day for some reason they started giving me indigestion
So I started taking centrum silver. Tried the fish oil jell those really give me indigestion taste them all day Just curious.

I stopped taking multi-vitamins little over year ago when I read some studies on how little they actually do. I just get it them all out of my foods and the sun now. Sorry, I am aware I am buzzkillington on this thread.

Honestly yes. Which is the main reason why I like it so much. It also gives me a natural energy boost throughout the day without the jitters that caffeine and the like do. I've tried other B complexes, but this stuff is legit.

I react poorly to high dose B vitamin. I get very jittery, can't sleep, and my temper gets really short. I can't drink some electrolyte drinks because of it. (Gatoraid)
