So I am in the stand, hot, but nice breeze and once again, the porkers across the fence are out and rooting in broad daylight. Hope to have some bloody arrow pics, a blood trailing story and LDPs tonight.

Whew--last night was a bust but still had a fun ending. Got down and headed to the truck. Stopped at the edge of the pasture to scan with the thermal, expecting to see the usual mob across the fence. Well, just happened to see 3 that had just come under the fence and headed my way--maybe 200 yds out. No light on the bow so all I could do was watch. The lead pig of the 3 got within 15-20' and I told them to leave--and they did. Ran all the way back to the fence without slowing down, crawled back under and stopped. They knew where the "safe line" was for sure. Another 15 minutes in the stand and I would have had a shot--Comment
