Trolling Motor- Trying to buy one.

Wanting to buy a had controlled trolling motor for a John boat. Something like a 45/55 pound thrust and $250/$300.
I have looked on line everywhere I can think and no stock and delivery out to the end of July into August!!!
Any leads in the DFW area??
Anyone have one they ate wanting to get rid of?

You can buy a brand new C2 55lb MK for that much. I didn't know there was a backlog. But do now.


If you can't find one at Wallymarts or Acadamy new (call around), you might check around some of the pawn shops. I used to pick them up pretty cheap there. Most will haggle the price too. There is also a shortage on kayaks right now too.

When I had a 12’ Jon boat I had this and it worked great. It’s only a 30lb thrust though. 5 speed and handle extends for longer length. Sold boat and it’s just been sitting in garage. Open to trades or sell if your interested?
