    Recognize this cut of beef?

    Bought this 2 months ago and my dumb _ _ _ didn’t label it when I vacuum-sealed and put into freezer. Now I can’t remember what cut this was. Thinking it might be a brisket point or tri tip? 4.5lbs.

              It is a brisket. It is actually half of the flat and all of the point. You can take it to the bank.

                  I know beef prices are up but I haven't started keeping mine in the safe deposit box yet. I am going to wait until they add a freezer option at least!
