Free House in Joshua !

I have a 950 sq ft house in Joshua that is free if you pay to move it, from my understanding it would need to be cut in half to move and then put back together like a double wide. The house has been gutted down to the studs and is peer and beam.

Or does anyone know of a demo company that would remove it at a decent price? We need it gone.

It's the only house on the street in the city limits, and I just talked to the fire dept. and they said nope.

What's sad is it's in great shape, 40 year old Jim Walter home and is solid as a rock. Would make someone a great cabin. The only reason it would need to be cut in half is because of the road going out has some really big trees that hang over into the road.

Oneys house movers in Marshall Tx can move a building up to 120 ft long in 1 piece.
He moved a 80 by 30 building for me in one piece and set up and leveled all in 2 days. Very professional. Best in the state

The foot print is only 26' X 50' and that's not the problem, it's the trees along a 1/4 mile road that's the problem.
