Loaded with amenities such as a clubhouse with laundry facility, private bathrooms, fitness center, business center, guest lounge, a beer garden with gas and charcoal grills, yard games, fire pit, pool, on-site propane exchange, on-site ice, golf cart rentals and more. We're surrounded by woods and have a deer feeder by the beer garden and just had our first hog sighting!

Choose from fully covered spaces, back-in spaces, pull-thru spaces, or spaces with private fenced in yards. We also have reserved parking and over-size parking spaces for your extra trucks or toys. The park is super clean, has super-wide 40' wide concrete roads and all the pads are concrete.

Yes, you would be our first but we'll allow it as long as the horses are self-contained, i.e. gotta keep the horses in the trailer while you're at the park.

We thought about cancelling because the rain chances are around 50% and my wife was like I don't want to just be inside the whole time but was inside your 10 day window so decided that we might as well come since we'd have to pay the full price anyway. it's on me for not finding out before booking but I didn't see the policy until my confirmation email. I assumed it was like a lot of the others where more than 7 days out could get a refund.

Well we would love to have y'all come! Yes, we have a 10 day no-refund cancellation policy, but please let me know if you decide to cancel and I'll make sure you get you a full refund. I'll PM you with my contact info.

We do offer some discounts such as Passport America and Good Sam. Although we don't offer a "formal" TBH discount, I would be more than happy to provide one to you and any other TBH members. Please contact me prior to making reservations and we'll get you taken care of. In this case, since you already made your reservation, I'll talk to my manager and see how we would do that. Alternatively I'd be happy to offer you a free golf cart rental for your entire stay or something along those lines.

Oh and sorry but I have dibs on the first hog
