    Axis back strap, venison back strap and venison tender loin...this might be Heaven...

          1 cup soy sauce
          1/2 cup brown sugar
          1/2 cup water
          2 TBS red chili sauce
          2TBS garlic pepper

          Brine for at least 6 hours, grill to internal temp of 120, rest for 10 minutes.

                Thanks for the recipe, Im definitely going to try this. I've only brined pork and poultry as well, it looks like I have been missing out!

                      I do my pork backstrap similar to this.


                      Soy sauce
                      Brown sugar
                      Beer instead of water
                      Cracked black pepper
                      I cover the meat with Gray Poupon

                        Its the only way i cook back strap anymore!! Its amazing, every time. I also sprinkle some smoked garlic pepper on it right before i throw it on the grill...
