        :facepalm

We need regional representation of Texas deer hunters.

Maybe print magazine isnt working, but Texas hunters need a "Coffee Shop Book"

TBH has filled a lot of that role. Social media is doing a lot of it too. I miss print, but when was the last time any of us took a magazine to a deer blind?

I keep magazines in the blinds that don't get cell service...even TTHA.

Was wondering what was up. They moved out of the San Antonio office about 2 months ago. Received the email today from SCI.

Just further dilution of normal Texas deer hunter's and their influence on our local hunting sport and opportunities... Went from Texas Trophy hunters to Trophy Hunters International... No real big deal anyway because to participate in either organization and "hunt" like they promote takes a LOT of money that precludes many from taking part...

TTHA Magazine is a joke. Just a big book of advertisements or nonstop product plugging. Makes great kindling for fires.

TTHA was a bankruptcy waiting to happen along with the guys who owned it. Why would SCI buy something that potentially had more debt than assets?
                      ?

That's all magazines, there's a reason why print is becoming obsolete.

Which has more value: the print mag, their website and social media, or the annual Extravaganzas in FTW, SA, and Houston?

Perhaps SCI bought TTHA for the name and will strictly do 4-5 Hunters Extravaganza around the State ?? I agree with others about print media which is fading fast.
