Dusty Rose Ranch, Rocksprings

My dad and I are looking at 120 acres off of hwy 2523 and country rd 650 about 22 miles South of Rocksprings. Does anyone have experience with this Ranch or this area in general? I have read mixed reviews on the hunting in Rocksprings so any information would be greatly appreciated.

Don't do it! They got obliterated by Anthrax. I came close to getting a place there. Fortunately I joined the Dusty Rose owners facebook group & immediately learned here are a ton of very upset new landowners who are thinking about legal action.

Legal action against who? Mother Nature? Anthrax has been in that country for 1000's of yrs.
