My contract ran out and my bill went up about 40 bucks. Who do you call at dish network to negotiate a better price? Gonna switch if I can`t get it reduced. Any suggestions.

I just pulled the plug on dish last week.
They did try to offer $40 off plus a few free months of Starz. I told them I was long term unemployed just to get them to stop and proceed with the termination.
Hulu and an Amazon 4k Fire Stick seem to be filling the void fairly well.

I called today and got 40 dollars off for 12 month plus cut the 10 dollar monthly fee for protection plus. It is a 600 yearly savings. They didn`t even argue, just said here is what I can do.Comment

Dish is good about lowering your bill, they told me to call every 6 months and request some kind of discount.... I am at $70. right nowComment

They cut me off when I was having signal issues. All I wanted was them to come fix it. All they wanted me to do was upgrade and do a 2 yr contract. Had been with them for 20 yrs. Finally told them if they couldn't fix it, I would find somebody that would, and hung up.
So they cut me off!!!
Like there wasn't something else out there!!!
Got Direct TV now, but with all these other options, when this contract runs out, probably do something else.Comment
