Homemade pistol grips

My first attempt at a set of grips. Made from a piece of scrap figured maple, stained, and matte finished. They turned out decent but I’m already looking forward to my next attempt.

That looks great. I tried to make some pistol grips a while back, and I just couldn't do it. I would love to have seen how you made those. Next time, why don't you do a build along with pictures and stuff?
