Doing the state fair Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning. Will be in the woods in Central Tx. Friday evening.

Anyway

Got a Air B&B close to the fair.
Middle of the day will be hot. Need other things to do and eat.

Check out the Dallas World Aquarium.

3 days of the fair? I went last year for the first time in about 25 years and I think I'm good for another 25...at least lol.

La Calle Doce on Skillman isn't far and has great Mexican and seafood.

Don't listen to the "warnings"...... 15 min north should be fine. There has been a lot of changes in the past 5-10 years that these people may not be aware of.
