    Wesley Head deer processing

I have no connection but he does a good job. He will also cape your deer and store them if you so desire. He makes great cuts and tinderized chicken fries if you prefer. Makes great breakfast sausage too. Also lots of smoked sausages too. Try them you want be disappointed.

I've used him several times. Always does a good job. Usually ready to pick up the following weekend on my way back from the Lease.

This is the guy on the east side of Goldthwaite right? I've considered using him several times. Looks like he has a nice setup.

I've used him and have been very satisfied. Very reasonable in pricing as well.

His sons have bought the deer processing plant in Hamilton as well I believe.

                This is true.

Wesley and his sons are good people and do a good job.

Not sure about the Hamilton plant, but the one in Goldthwaite is also the place to take a deer to donate it to the local Ministerial Association if you would like to help out the needy in Mills county.

Good to know. Which processing plant in Hamilton did they buy? I've used Whaley's processing for a long time now.

Both places will be open this weekend. Many processors don't open until the general season.

So BJ Whaley is out of the processing business now?
