Road Conditions from Houston to Livingston

I have to go to my place near Woodville tonight. How's road conditions on 59 North? I know Kingwood areas got hit bad with the storm. I usually leave Richmond and go from IH 10 to 610 North/East then get on 59. TX Dot has a few closures but mostly feeder roads. Would like to make sure this is accurate thanks.

Coworker lives in Livingston and couldnt make it to work in Tomball yesterday. I asked him about his commute this morning and he said "59 is fine. No water other than on a few stretches of frontage road."

Just what i heard secondhand. Seems to corroborate what you're seeing.

Yea North Houston got hammered. We were fine down in SouthWest area but I have to travel that way tonight. I think 190 to Woodville is fine just don't know before that thanks!

I'm looking out of the hotel window at 59 in Humble right now and it's business as usual. Get on the road you should be fine.

Only the service roads. I drove right through there on the way to work this morning with no issue.

That's not true. I just drove over it a few minutes ago.

Be aware of extra truck traffic on 190 because of the I-10 shut down.

That would be I-10 and San Jacinto bridge, from a barge hitting it.

It's fine. I drove to the office this morning to check out the water damage and then back to Livingston to work from home. No bbn issues other than slightly more truck traffic because of I-10 as someone else mentioned. We've only had 2" all week up here.
