    RTIC soft sided cooler

Anyone have one? They worth the $? I like the regular coolers. Someone told me the Ozark Trail is fairly decent. Mainly wanting something easy to tote for dove season.

I have two in different sizes. They are definitely worth what they are priced at currently (50% off). They are on sale pretty often. Ive had one of them for two or three years with no issues.

Only issue with mine is the zipper, if you don’t keep them lubed they are a pain to open. Other than that worth the money to me.

My opinion is there junk as is there customer service! Mine was a Christmas gift and the whole lid came unglued and came apart in less than a year. I contacted rtic and they would not warranty it because I didnt have a reciept.

Mine has a kink in the zipper, I think it’s a fluke though it’s well built. Probably should’ve kept it lubed like mentioned above. I’d buy another

I'm looking at the 8 or 20. I would primarily be using it for day hunts. Want it to be light,
easy to carry etc. Recommendations on the size? For just 15 more $ can get the 20 but not sure I really need it bigger. Any thoughts on this? Thanks

The lid on mine fell apart. It was lightly used, but just couldn’t hang. My .02

I think it is a marketing ploy. They say they are 50% off but that is the everyday price. Ive never seen them at the "regular" price.

I have a RTIC 30. Just recently sent it back because the edging around the lid started to come off. It was under warranty and got a new one. They do work well but apparently the edging coming off is a common problem. If I used a soft cooler daily I would definitely look into a Yeti. If it comes apart again I’ll just hot glue it back on. I agree their hard coolers are hard to beat for the price.

Looks like you got the one I sent back. Same color same issue. I only used mine twice.

Was it left in a hot car or the sun?

Mine served awesome for over 2 years and I decided to leave it in the back of my car for a few months and it delaminated like that. 100% my fault

I agree they work well. But leaving it in a car out of the weather shouldn’t cause the edging to come off. They are supposed to be made for the outdoors. Just my option but I’d look into a Yeti for a soft cooler. And I’m a big RTIC fan.
