Currently driving a '14 GMC with 115K on it. I'm happy and it's holding up well.

My father just picked up a new RAM and I have to say I am very impressed. The interior if very nice and the large screen and ability to port your phone aps over for maps and music is pretty nice.

The differences in engines/power/towing etc is very small and so to me it comes down to what appearance and interior do you like.

Out of the three listed Chevy or Ford, but I would consider Toyota over them though. 14 tundra crew max 4x4 no issues.
