Cutaneous fibroma

No concerns, unless it gets around its eyes and/or mouth affecting its ability to see or eat. Shouldn't hurt the meat either unless it gets infected which should be obvious but this picture doesn't show that.

Yep, just deer warts. Nothing to worry about and they should fall off/disappear in a few months.
