My new 2019 Grim Reaper Micro Hybrids

I’m just a fan of broadheads and like to add to my collection as much as possible.

I got these new GR Micro Hybrids in the mail today, been patiently waiting for them as best as I could. Lol

I’m liking everything I see about ‘em and especially Made in the USA. Grim Reaper beefed up the stainless steal pro tip on this one as well.

This one just might move up and share the spot with the Magnus Black Hornets as my favorites. [emoji106]

Anyways, thought I’d share a few pics....

Those look good. Let us know how good they fly.

I bought the the originals a few years back. Never got them to fly great. They were loud also. Let us know how the new ones shoot!

They fly really well...Grouping in the same spot as my field tips.

I bet they would do awesome on an Elk.

I have the original GR Hybrids as well. They flew ok for me. Now I will say they are a little touchy at times not quite as forgiving as others but was still hitting good.

I really like the Micro Hybrids though. They fly like darts with no noise that I could hear.
I do prefer the Micro over the original.....Slightly smaller cut, shorter ferrule and a bigger stainless tip. It’s a mean looking sucker. Lol

Big Nappy needs some shoulder jewelry[emoji51][emoji41]. That new pro tip is wicked.

What poundage necessary for this type broadhead?

I think it’s 50 KE but I don’t remember exactly off hand. I’ll look at the packaging again when I get home.

I took a picture of what they recommend on Kinetic Energy needed ...

50 KE for Deer, Black Bear and Turkey.
60 KE for Elk, Moose, Bison and Grizzly.

These look good but I can't imagine anything nastier then the WT Special. I tried them two years ago and love em.

I've been wanting to try the 4 blade reaper for a while now, this could be another option.

I had already decided to try out some GR this year after watching Robby’s videos on youtube. I’m thinking I’m going to go with these over the Razortip I was originally going to go with!

Thanks for sharing, I had not even seen these!
