Port Aransas Bay Fishing

How is the bay fishing in July? Just looking to take my Dad and kiddo's fishing while we are there.
Looking for a guide recommendation also.

Thread bump, as I have the exact same wondering.
I’m taking my family of 5 with kids ages 10, 8, & 5 to Port A next week. They’ve only fished stock ponds and never salt water.

Call Capt. Jay Nichols.
Port A fishing is great all summer long, it will just be hot.

Call Ingleside Fishing Charter. Capt. Eddie has been on the fish lately.

I'll be down there Saturday for a week also, I'll be hitting the jetty and surf at daylight.

I don't have any specific recommendations, but here is a good place to browse for guides.
