Home Appraisal

Hi,
Anyone on the forum do home appraisals? We are getting a loan that is based on home appraisal coming back where we need it. I am wondering if there is anyway to find a ballpark ahead of time?

I know what zillow and others say for my address but it seems a little bit optimistic.

Your realtor should be able to give a ballpark based on comps. If you are using an agent.

From what I have seen Zillow is a bit high

Yeah your Broker or Realtor will be able to get very close.
