Does anyone know a good fishing guide on Texana? I want to take my little boy crappie fishing and I’m not familiar with Texana.

There are none that I know of on Texana. I fish there occasionally during the spring and summer. Mainly in the tributaries that feed it. Main lake clarity is always the issue. I am working on sinking some brush piles in the main lake and hopefully get some "tenants". I have more success at Coleto but it really doesn't get good until May. I really think that Texana is a better fishery in regards to baitfish and size, it's just hard to fish where you need to fish to catch numbers.
