- Looking for something within 150 miles of Austin.
- No cabin, water, electricity needed. I've got a cool new pop-up camper that's great for off the grid camping.
- Willing to pay up to $5K for year round access
- I only bowhunt, but don't mind sharing the place with responsible gun owners.
- Not looking for trophy deer, just plentiful overall population and minimal amount of hunters.
- My 12 yr old boy would be accompanying me a majority of the time and would be hunting this fall. Would be great if you could also bring a guest.
- I can provide several tbh references if needed. I don't drink or smoke and will the place better than I found it.
