Does anybody have any firsthand experience with the .405? I find myself desperately wanting one for the Teddy Roosevelt / nostalgia factor.....as well as just thinking it is a real cool design.

I've shot an old one. They're tons of fun and the recoil isn't as bad as you'd think as long as you're not on a bench. Hornady Custom makes ammo and there's reloading stuff readily available. If you're thinking about it, do it!Comment
