Yote hunt help

I have a coworker who asked me to take care of a yote problem in his neighborhood. None of them hunt, they love nature have deer feeders to watch the deer and other critter but not hunt. The coyotes are getting way to close to the houses and they are worried about their pets, chickens and deer.

I've been yote hunting with others but never been successful, so I'm overthinking it and would just like some advice and input.

Where would you hunt? Where would you set up bait? What calls have you had the most success with?

You should pick spots acoording to the wind and just sit along the tree line with call and decoy down openings. Red lights work great as well.

When I need to thin them around my place I save my bacon grease and soak a dead log with it. Set up cam to pattern them,they usually come around about the same time every night to chew on it

Traps will be most effective that area appears way to dense to successfully call without educating the majority of the coyotes

Easiest way is to shoot a pig, split it open and wait for the yotes!

Dirt hole set works about as good as any for yotes when trapping.
