My mom and stepdad brought back some elk meat from his nephew in Wyoming. I've never eaten or cooked elk, so I don't know where to start or what to expect. I have some tbones, a couple roasts, fajita meat, and 1# of hamburger. Do I season and cook it like beef? Venison? Thank you in advance!
