    Charcoal grill/bbq

    Gday all,

I visited my uncle and auntie last weekend for a family get together and had my first experience of a charcoal bbq (sheltered life I know).

Any who after a couple of meals off that I've decided...i need one! I don't have the money to get one like his but I was just wondering if I could get some suggestions for value for money ones that there?

I'd like one that has a rotisserie for doing say a suckling pig as well as your day to day stuff.

I want one that runs of coal, not gas or electricity, I just like the old ways with many things.

Suggestions and photos mouth wateringly being awaited for!

Here's some of last weekends amazing feed

Google cochon de lait. It cajun roasted pig. Large scale of your Ausie bbq. Fairly easy to duplicate.

If your just grilling and not doing BBQ dang near anything works something you can adjust height of grill over the fire and the flow of air is the only thing I'd worry about. Thicker the metal the better. I've had good luck with weber brand.

That set up in the pic looks awesome. I have no experience with a rotisserie though.no help there.

Alot of firepits with the grill that flips out for cooking are pretty cool and multipurpose

Look at la Caha china. Easy to replicate.

Screamingreels is onto it, I'm looking at the multi purpose type thing.

The main thing it'll get used for is just cooking up a chicken, rack of lamb, some pork ribs for when the boys come over for a beer type thing.
