Last Pull of the Year - Mysteries

    Hey guys,

So I didn't hunt basically from Thanksgiving to the rest of the year. Long story. But, I had a camera going. I think it malfunctioned a little, because there are big gaps in my photos. I got a few of Rocky Raccoon and some nice little deer. But, two pics really stuck out to me.

    This one:

This guy looks like he'll be good next year. I think I caught him on the cam earlier in the year, but he didn't look like he had the mass he has now. What do you guys think, 2.5 years?

Here's the weird one, though. I can't decide what this is. I keep wanting to say dog, but the ears throw me off. Feel free to guess.

        Nice deer. 3.5
        Appears to be a bobcat.
I had several cameras that I had running after season. Strangest photo was a blueheeler at night miles from any houses.
Couple of new bucks, but my biggest that I passed seems to be absent.

Oh man I'm excited. I didn't think we had cats down there.

Funny part of this is - that 'dry creek bed' is now 2.5 feet under water. I had to spider-monkey into a tree to get the cam down. Hopefully I can get back over there with a predator call and scare up a cat. Never killed one before.

I have seen cats all over the state. But usually nocturnal, small and camo'ed so well, they are harder to spot than most animals.

Glad your deer is still there for you.

Second pic looks a fawn/doe walkin towards the camera with her head down. Pic looks farther away them the first

Now that I stare at it. I can see the bobcats ears. His back right leg threw me off I guess.

This is what got me, too. It took me a while and obviously a post to see tail instead of back leg.
