Trad gear midland?

Wanting to know about any/all trad gear shops in midland Texas. Thanks for any help.

I can't speak for midland but you will have a hard time finding trad gear in stores anywhere. The market just isn't big enough by comparison to justify the shelf space. Online is your friend. 3riversarchery. I know it's more fun to shop in person but when I do find trad gear on the shelf it is usually more expensive than online.

There is barely any archery shops around odessa an midland. I haven't found anything for trad

Worked out that way for a couple of years 11-13 and never found anything more than Academy. There was a "phantom" shop I kept trying to find in Hobbs, NM but never could locate. Even spoke with someone on the phone there once. I think it might have been in somebody's backyard.

Leanmachine is right. Going to be hard to find a decent selection of trad gear in stores. Your best bet is online or at large trad shoots with lots of vendors.

you could try to get in touch with Brantley in Midland. He's a dealer for some archery companies. I'm not sure though if any of them do traditional stuff.

Thanks guys, I knew that would be the deal. Last night I gave my buddy my recurve and a couple wood arrows, he was shooting great until he got a little over confidant, he backed up to like 30 yards and broke he's arrows. So now he his a new toy and can't play with it. I hooked him up with three rivers so his trad world has started.

what spine / length / weight does he need? I have some carbons i'm not using and we have an office in Midland, if any of mine fit him i can send some down his way.
