What kind of degreaser do you guys use for falls skulls?

I use dawn on WT skulls. There is probably something better so I'm watchin this to see wht else could be used.

I've used white lighting in hog skulls, undiluted. Came out pretty good, but the bottom of the pan was flat out nasty.

And the degreaser... not the moonshine, lol.

I've always just used Dawn

I used to use Rittel's super solvent (i'm assuming its still available...). Used it with hides and skulls and had great results.

If you use Dawn, use the clear stuff.
The blue stuff can get into the bone and give the skull a funny hue.

Make sure and use warm water and change it daily until the water is clear. I also use one of those fish bubble devices and put it inside the skull. Helps push the water around and speeds up the process as well. Just remember it could take a week it could take two months. Just depends in the skull.
