    I need help....

    Looking for someone in Houston or surrounding area who could build this wood smoker. I'll buy all supplies just need someone who has the tools and knows how to use them.

      I have questions.

      Is this cold smoking for the meats that come home from HEB every week?
      Where is the exhaust?
      This is really fancy. Are you keen on the look or just want to get the job done?

      I had one for years that was for the weekley HEB meat run. It was probobly 100X cheeper than this and ran on pecan shells.. The meat came out as raw as it went in...........

              Lol on the last line but you also have to put hit coals in the bottom of it for the meat to cook.
