Vane primer???

A while back I read some stuff about a vane primer that guys were swearing by for fletching! But of course I didnt bookmark the page and I cant recall the company. Any ideas as to what Im talking about?

IMO not really necessary if you clean the shafts and the spine of the vane well with acetone or rubbing alcohol.
